1967 Mustang Candy Apple Red
After 30 years in a garage you have no scratches...only a little dust to polish every once in a while. The timeless interior of the 67 Mustang has reappeared in today's 2002-up models as a retro version of the new modern stang interior.
Mustangs have always been the poster cars for Candy Apple Red.
We are always scared to drive this car for 2 reasons. Heaven forbid something happen to it foremost. Second,well..it's kind of a tank.This model came with NO power steering and NO power brakes.You needed to be in shape to drive this economy version of the fastback.It's fine once you are driving on a nice straight road or even cornering while driving at relative speed.But a tank,none-the-less.
The 1967 Mustang that created the gearhead.
This was actually a half-year believe it or not. It's a 1967 1/2 Mustang Coupe.This was the economy model back then compared to the racy Mustang Fastback. This one came with a straight-6 rather than the V-8 we all came to grow up and love.The sound of a V-8 Mustang with Flowmasters and Scavenger Pipe is like hearing the angels choir to a gearhead.Especially if you are behind the wheel.There truly is nothing like it.
